Co-workers would slice another's throat to get ahead. This is a cutthroat company with a rabid work culture. Overtime is not too bad and the O/T pay is great. The pay is very good and that is where it ends. (one is 15 min so they don't break labor laws) Then they can bump you from it at will and you will have to work another bad position until you can 'win' it back again.ġ0 hour shift with a 10 min break every 2 hours. You will work a position you dislike for years until you gain enough seniority to 'win' a good one. There is no job security.Īll jobs are awarded by seniority. They like to sit at their desks and talk most of the day or vanish when something goes wrong. *The management team does not do much other then walk around and complain when line workers are not able to keep up with the line do to to much put onto their station. continuous schedule changes, which cause shortages in parts at times. There is little to no help from others, the supervisors do not communicate what is going on during the day/week. You run out of parts often and it takes time to get more. and is usually slow at first and then speeds up to where you can not keep up and they expect you to.
